About Me

Vue at Jindivick: I'm a keen cook with an interest in vegetable growing, particularly heirloom tomatoes. A chef by profession with an obsession for French cuisine. I enjoy travelling and France is my favourite destination. I'm also passionate about West Gippsland, where I spend my precious spare time seeking out fabulous local produce, wine and restaurants. I've opened an Eco Bed and Breakfast now called Vue at Jindivick.
